You don’t need to work hard like hell to achieve some sexy 6-packs. Personally, I think a flat tummy is good enough for a dad with an 8 years old girl.
10 minutes is all you need at home
There are heaps of exercises on the web to show you what to do and hey, we are hard to make a choice. That’s right and I do not choose the longest one but shortest one. ONLY 2 reps in around 10 mins of ab targeted exercise, I cried for help and my abs laughed.
I can now feel my abs stay flatter and I have done my exercise today. Why not do more? I guess I call this slow body trimming rather than body building. Of course, a healthy diet would help a lot on body shape.
I may disclose what my daily diet next time I write. Until now don’t give up. Stay fit is a habit not dream!
